We are currently looking for a Korean man to share with us in the master room.
There are 4 international students （ 1 Japanese woman, 2 Japanese men and 1 Korean man ） living in the room. ＊ SMC (Santa Monica Collge)
2 people live in the living room, 1 person lives in the private room, and 1 person lives in the master room.

$800/month, utilities not included （ Electricity, water, etc. ）
Deposit $800
Utilities about $30-60 each （ This is just an estimate and may exceed ）

WI-FI available （ I think it is about $20 per person divided by 5 ） Security （ The place is like an apartment in Japanese, and there is a security guard at the entrance. It takes less than 20 minutes by bus to go to language schools in Westwood such as Kaplan, Mentor, and UCLA.
●It takes about 30-40 minutes by bus for SMC students to get to school.
● 7-Eleven and Starbucks are very close to the house, about 2 minutes walking distance. Additionally, trader joe's, a supermarket, is a 10 minute walk away.

*The pictures of the room are taken when we first moved in. Now, the beds, furniture, etc. have been put in place, so the actual pictures are a little different.
