Housemate Wanted

It is a smaller room in a 4LDK 2.5bath house, but you can live comfortably once you get used to it. The room has good sunlight in the morning so you can wake up comfortably.
I have three male/adult/American roommates. They love Japan.
Queen size bed, desk, small closet, and toilet in the room.
Kitchen utensils are mostly shared.
There are two shower toilets in addition to the toilet in the room.
Quiet area, 10 min walk to KCC.
Electricity water/WIFI is included in the rent.
Cars can be parked on the street opposite the house almost anytime.
Laundry is attached to the house. Laundry is free. Dryer is $1 （ Four 25 cents ）.
You can put your surfboard and other large items on the balcony. You can also do muscle training if it is light.
You can lock the door of your room.
There are not many rules in the house, good or bad.
Short term or long term is fine, but we ask for at least one month.
