We have a 3 bed, 2 bath condo for rent near Santa Ana College.　It is conveniently located near the 405, 5, 22 and other freeways to get to LA or San Diego.
The owner lives elsewhere, so you can live without worrying about the owner.
Both men and women can move in, but women are preferred due to roommate availability.

Home Amenities-
The interior has been completely redone from the ceiling, windows, floors, and bathrooms and is like new. 2nd floor so no noise from the floor above. Kitchen has granite and new cabinets. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, etc. The kitchen is bright and full of storage space.

Room Details-
Room is spacious enough at approximately 12.5 Ft x 12.5 Ft. There is a walk-in closet and plenty of storage space. The flooring is clean. The floor plan is a roommate style floor plan, so you and I can have privacy from each other. Furnished with bookshelves, bed, sofa, and chair （ or unfurnished ）. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet with shower toilet （ currently being repaired and replaced ）.

Rooms have locks just in case, so both men and women are safe. （ If you need a second car, it is possible to use it as a tandem. ） The third car can be parked on the street. There is also a washer/dryer for your free use.
Rent will be slightly higher for a couple.

Rent is $1,080/month plus 1/2 or 1/3 of utilities and internet （ Average is around $60-90/month ）, deposit is 1 month rent. Lease is desired for 1 year.
