Rent includes all utilities included, as well as monthly cleaning of the entire house. We are looking for one female housemate to fill the 3rd room available in our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath beach townhome about 0.6 miles from the Redondo Beach Pier.

Prefer someone who goes into the office most days of the week. No smoking, vaping or any drugs allowed. No pets. Single occupancy only for the room. No overnight guests to be considerate of your housemates. We are two friendly, clean, and respectful working female professionals (one is in her mid 20's, another in mid 40's). Would love someone drama-free to join us!
