Looking for someone to live in a 3bed2bath private room.
It is convenient to go to 110,405,91fwy within 2 minutes, Japanese supermarket, post office and bank within 2 minutes, and only 8 minutes to Elkami.
Bathroom is shared with another female roommate. There is a shared laundry room in the apartment.

The room is furnished with a bed, a chest of drawers, and a TV. Private garage parking available

There are 2 Chihuahuas in the apartment, so please do not bring animals if you are allergic to them.
Rent: $ 940/month + utilities (electricity, gas, internet, water, etc.)
Deposit: $ 500 (fully refundable if all your belongings are cleared and cleaned)

Short or long term rentals are fine. We don't have any rules, but if you can keep the room clean and honest, you are more than welcome to stay with us. Basically, we hope to spend a pleasant time with each other, so please refrain from being nervous.
