A Chinese family owns and lives in the same house. They are very nice and friendly people. There are 5 other rooms and there are Japanese students and Mexican people in their 40's living there. The house is located in a private road, so it is very safe and secure. Bus stop is within 5 minutes walking distance from the house. If you are a student, the landlord will take you shopping if you ask.
