Looking for private room （ master and share available ）

I am looking for a room with good access to Little Tokyo.
I am currently a 30 year old working male.

The following are my requirements.
・ I do not have a car, but plan to have one in the future, so I am looking for a place with parking
・ I prefer a private room if possible
・ utilities included
・ furnished
