Private room in a quiet Neighborhood house in the city of San Francisco

I am looking for a roommate for a room that will be available in one of the shared houses in Portola （ Portola ） in San Francisco city starting 10/1.
Room size （ 11feet x 16feet ） is the largest room.

This is a two-story house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, shared living room, kitchen, laundry, garage, back yard, and also a balcony with direct access from the room.
Quiet neighborhood, close to bus stop or San Bruno ave with restaurants and cafes, 101 and 280 are right in front of the house, making it very easy to get around by car.

Pets allowed （ Additional deposit ）, couples can move in upon discussion.

Contract is Month to month, but we would like at least 2-3 months occupancy.

The tenants will start moving in on Oct. 1st, but this is also possible, depending on consultation, to move in at the end of September.
