We are looking for a short-term roommate for a private room in a quiet residential neighborhood in Irvine.
The location is in the very popular Woodbridge area, and there are no security concerns at all.

The house is sunny and white, and was renovated 2 years ago, so the living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc. are very clean.
The room is fully furnished (bed, desk, TV, light)
Parking is on the street, but there is always space available, so you should have no problem.


This is a Japanese woman and an American man living together.
Kitchen and laundry room are shared by all, and bathroom is shared with roommates.


We have a small dog, so we are looking forward to hearing from you if your dog is okay.


Rent includes utilities, internet, etc.
Deposit is for one month $ 1000 （ We return the deposit when you move out ）
