We are renting a room in a house in North Alhambra.

You will not share the bathroom with other housemates ・ Shower is not gender specific. Both men and women are welcome.
There is a closet in the room.
There is a washing machine and dryer for you to share with other housemates.
Utilities and wireless WIFI are not included in the rent. You and your house mates will split the cost.
The number of tenants is limited to one adult.
No pets, smoking, drugs, parties, extended guest visits, guest overnight stays, or charging of hybrid or electric vehicles.
We prefer quiet and clean people.
Short term is acceptable.

Alhambra Park is a minute walk away and has tennis and basketball courts.
Conveniently located for walking and jogging.
