I am looking for a male roommate to live in a house in a quiet residential neighborhood in Gardena.

The house is a 3 story 4 bed/2 bath with free washer/dryer.
Everything is shared except the room.

rent includes all utilities and wifi $ 900
deposit/security is $ 900

ready to move in Parking is basic street parking. There are plenty of street spaces and parking is rarely a problem.
Close to Harbor Gateway, so bus stop is right there.
Pets and guests are not allowed.
Smoking is allowed on the garden patio or porch.

The location is close to Japanese supermarkets such as Marukai and Nijiya, and only 3 minutes drive from American supermarkets such as walmart, ALDI and foodforless. Restaurants and fast food restaurants are scattered around the house. Highway is also close by, making it easy to get anywhere.
