Renovated apartment, nice attic, close to Prospect Park

I am looking for a roommate from September 1.
It is a beautiful apartment just renovated 6 months ago and will be shared with me （ a Japanese single lady ）.

Area ： Brooklyn, Kensington.
Station ： Church Ave. (F/G|)
Bus: B35, B102, B67, B69, B16

2 － 3 min walk from station, 3rd floor of a townhouse in a quiet residential area, landlord is from Bangladesh and lives on the first floor with his family.

The atmosphere is peaceful during the day with birds chirping often. The apartment is spacious and our rooms are on opposite sides of the living room from each other, so as long as you keep the door closed, you can keep your time private and not hear each other. The size of the room is a double room, 4.3 meters long and 5 meters wide, and according to the Internet, it is about 11 tatami mats in size.

I have included a photo of a furnished room used by my current roommate for reference, but all the furniture in the room belongs to my roommate and will be gone after I move out. So this room is unfurnished. （ Most of the furniture in the living room is mine except for the TV, which will remain. ）" I have a spare large Black-Brown IKEA desk in my room that you can use if you wish, but there is no bed, mattress, shelves, etc. in this room. Quiet and clean roommates would be great, we take turns cleaning the common areas every 2 weeks to keep the apartment clean.

Rent is $ 1300 ＋ per month utilities. 1 month rent is payable as security ・ deposit. Deposit will be returned when you move out.
