Van Nuys single/private room housemate

On behalf of the owner, we are looking for a housemate for a house in Van Nuys.
Rooms are private, bathroom and kitchen are shared.
The rent is $ 650 and the deposit is $ 200, but the deposit is non-refundable so the actual first month $ 850.
We have 2 cats, so please no one with allergies, etc.
The apartment is also furnished (bed, desk, shelves and closet), so it is recommended for those who don't have any furniture. If you have furniture, please dispose of it as we do not have space to store it.

The bus to North Hollywood is a 7 minute walk and the bus to Burbank is a 15-20 minute walk.
And the Amtrak and Metrolink stations are a 15-20 minute walk away.
If anyone has a car, it is basically parked on the street.

We are looking for long term residents.
