We are currently looking for someone to live in the master room.
The rent is set at US$1600. If you have viewed the listing around June, please apply again.
In addition to the rent, we will charge utilities （ 20 ～ 40 USD ）.

Currently living with 3 international students （ from santa monica college and UCLA
We have one Korean male and two Japanese males.
If you are comfortable living with men, please do not hesitate to apply.
Currently, one person lives in the private room and two people live in the living room.
It is a very friendly environment with a group of friends living together.
This would be a good property especially for college students right now.

I think it has all the basic necessities, so there is nothing you need to buy in addition.

SMC is about 30-40 minutes by bus
Kaplan, Mentor and other language schools in West LA are only 15 minutes away by bus. UCLA is also 20 minutes away by the same bus.
Trader Joe's （ Supermarket ） 10 min walk
If you are a UCLA student, I will be attending UCLA myself in the fall semester, so I may be able to pick you up from school if it is convenient.
