You will share the bathroom with the lady.

Kitchen is free to use. There is a washing machine and
dryer.
I-5 access is very good, less than 5 minutes.
Not a 2 story house. It is a one-story house on the corner.
No pool. No jacuzzi.
I have the master bedroom and there is a separate bathroom. I have a cat and I am a non-allergic lady. ♪
One lady has the use of one of the two rooms. We will accept them for a short period of time.
