Capture of wild boars and status of countermeasures

We have been notifying you of wild boar sightings in Noda City through blister mail, etc. Currently, Noda City is setting traps to capture wild boars in Mitsubori, Seto, and Shimosankeo.
This September, one adult wild boar was captured in Shimosankeo. The city will continue to conduct wild boar trapping, so if you have any information regarding sightings or traces of wild boars, please provide it to us.
If you see a wild boar, do not approach or provoke it, ensure your own safety, and quietly leave the area.

*Wild boars inhabit riverbeds, mountain forests, etc., and although it is impossible to know the number of wild boars, we have increased the number of traps and are working on countermeasures.
