Futtsu City] Implementation of Futtsu City Comprehensive Disaster Drill

Shakeout drills will be held today at 9:00 a.m. throughout the city.
Shakeout drills are drills in which participants perform the three safety actions to protect themselves from earthquakes: First, get out of the way ・ Keep your head down ・ Don't move for about one minute on the designated date and time.
To signal the start of the shakeout drill, "Earthquake Early Warning" will be broadcasted at 9:00 a.m. via the Disaster Prevention and Management Radio and Safety and Security Mail, etc. Residents ・ and workers in the city are encouraged to participate.
Please be sure not to mistake it for an actual earthquake.
In addition, Futtsu City Disaster Prevention Festa will be held from noon at the parking lot on the south side of AEON MALL Futtsu, so please come and join us.
