＊Notice of Japanese encephalitis prophylaxis vaccination.

You need to have four shots in total to prevent Japanese encephalitis:

The first three vaccination injections (the first-stage) are given between the ages of six months and seven and a half years.
The last shot (the second-stage) is given between the ages of 9 and 13 years.

In Ogaki City, children in the fourth year of primary school will be sent information about the second stage of vaccination.
Target group:
・Fourth-graders born between 2 April 2015 and 1 April 2016
・People who have not yet received a second-stage prophylaxis vaccination.)
Notes:
・This vaccination must be completed by the day before the child's 13th birthday.
・Around the beginning of June, we will send you detailed information and a preliminary check-up sheet by post. If you have any questions, please contact the Ogaki City Health Center (0584-75-2322).

Course fee: 1000yen
＊Application: People who live in Seino area and over 15 year- old can apply the course. For application, come to the office of Ogaki International Exchange Association and fill out the application form. Reception of your application starts Saturday June 14, 2025.

日本脳炎(にほんのうえん)の　予防(よぼう)注射(ちゅうしゃ)は　ぜんぶで　4回（かい）受（う）ける　必要（ひつよう）が　あります：

・最初(さいしょ)の　3回（かい）（1期(き)）は、生後(せいご)6ヶ月(かげつ)から　7歳半(さいはん)までの間(あいだ)に　受（う）けます
・最後(さいご)の　1回（かい）（2期(き)）は、9歳(さい)から13歳(さい)までの間(あいだ)に　受（う）けます

大垣市(おおがきし)では、小学(しょうがく)4年生(ねんせい)の　子(こ)どもたちに　2期(き)の　予防(よぼう)注射(ちゅうしゃ)の　お知（し）らせを　送(おく)ります。
対象(たいしょう)と　なる人(ひと)：
・2015年(ねん)4月(がつ)2日(にち)から　2016年(ねん)4月(がつ)1日(にち)までに　生(う)まれた　小学(しょうがく)4年生(ねんせい)
・まだ　2期(き)の　予防(よぼう)注射(ちゅうしゃ)を　受(う)けていない人(ひと)

大切(たいせつ)な　情報(じょうほう)：
・いつまでに　受(う)けられるか：13歳(さい)の　誕生日(たんじょうび)の前日(ぜんじつ)まで
・お知(し)らせの　時期(じき)：6月(がつ)の　はじめごろに　案内(あんない)と　予診票(よしんひょう)を　郵便(ゆうびん)で　送(おく)ります
・わからないことがあったら：大垣市(おおがきし)保健(ほけん)センター（0584-75-2322）に　聞(き)いてください
