Applicants are not required to apply in person at the management office if an online application is submitted. A confirmation email will be received if the online application is completed successfully.

The rental office will accept completed applications starting September 19, 2024, through October 17, 2024, during office hours.  All applications received at the management office will be date/time stamped at the time received and entered electronically by proxy by management staff.  A lottery will be run at the end of the application period and applicants will be placed on the waitlist in order of lottery number.  * No fax or email applications will be accepted. If sending by US Mail, the application must be postmarked by October 17, 2024.*
