Wage ： 215,820 yen for a new graduate of a four-year university （ including regional allowance ） + other allowances *Additions may be made depending on work experience
Bonus ： twice a year （ 4.5 months last year ）
Hours ： 8:30am to 5:15pm
Holidays ： 2 days off per week （ Varies depending on assignment. ） , national holidays, year-end and New Year holidays （ 12/29 - 1/3 ）
Holidays ： Paid vacations … 20 days for April hires Other special vacations
