Since approximately 9:03 AM ET on Monday, 07/22/2024, the Experian Remote Identity Proofing (RIDP) service provided through IDM has been experiencing problems and users may encounter errors about the service being unavailable. Experian is actively working on restoration of this service under Experian P1 INC9246942. CMS support teams are actively monitoring this and will send out a notification when the service is available.
