We are looking for a missing person.
A man in his 60s has been missing from Mobara, Mobara City, since about 10:30 a.m. today.
The missing person is described as
height about 170cm
build skinny
hair short gray hair
clothing jacket gray down jacket
underwear dark blue sweat pants
footwear black sneakers
and uses a wheelchair I use a wheelchair.
