The Chiba Chuo Police Station has been promoting the control of illegal touts in entertainment areas in its jurisdiction.
On April 23, in Fujimi 2-chome, Chuo-ku, a passerby was asked, "How about a girls' bar? There is also a cabaret club." A man, a self-proclaimed employee of a social restaurant, was arrested for touting by inviting passersby to visit a girls' bar in Fujimi 2-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
Touting is regulated by the Entertainment Establishments Improvement Law and the Ordinance on Prevention of Nuisance, and customers who follow illegal touts sometimes end up in crime or trouble, so please do not follow them.
