November 21, 2024 （ Thu ） At around 1:30 p.m., a first grade female student was leaving school in the Yanagisawa Elementary School district when a man tapped her on the shoulder from behind and said, "Hello," to which she returned the greeting. When she refused, the man asked her to follow him and offered to give her some sweets. The child became frightened and ran away. He felt he was being followed on foot, but when he checked a short time later, the man was not there.
