In order to foster new bearers of Ichihara pears, we are recruiting trainees who aim to become new pear farmers in our city.
The trainees will be trained for approximately 2 years and will be expected to start farming in the pear production area in the city.
Let's work together to make this historic pear production area, which has been in existence since the Edo period, prosper ！
