Looking for a job on campus at LA City College, Off Campus next year!

I am currently a junior at Waseda University and will be coming to the US in January to attend LA City college for 2 years starting in February. Last year I studied abroad at Baruch College in New York for one year.
Due to the recent depreciation of the yen, it is very difficult for me to make ends meet by sending money home, so I am looking for a job. However, due to the F1 visa rule, I am only allowed to work on-campus during the first year, so I am looking for a job within the City College. I would appreciate any advice or information you can give me on what to expect next year, as I will be able to work Off Campus next year.
English is not a problem as I have a Toeic score of 980 and a Toefl iBT score of 104. My Japanese is native. My major is music, and I have composed and produced music for YouTube videos by Adobe Japan.
