I am looking for a house in the UC Irvine area.

I am a 23 year old male who plans to attend UC Irvine starting in September.

I applied for a dormitory at the school, but the deadline has passed and I am on the wait list and my house is still undecided.

I would be happy to get a private room if possible.
I do not have a car.
I would like to be within a 30 minute walk of UCI.

I am currently in Japan and will return to the US in early September.
I would be happy if I can see the apartment via video call or other means.

Does anyone know of any good properties ？
I would appreciate it if you could let me know.
