Wisdom teeth extraction

I have had bad experiences with stitches in the past and I am in my 30's without having my wisdom teeth removed. My wisdom teeth have been in a lot of pain for the past few days and I am thinking about having them removed. Can anyone who has had their wisdom teeth removed by a Japanese-speaking dentist in the Torrance area recommend one?
I know that wisdom teeth extraction methods, post-extraction pain, recovery time, etc. vary depending on how they grow, but I would appreciate it if you could briefly share your experience.
