To use digital signatures for personal use

I am currently back in Japan temporarily,
but there was some trouble, and I am planning to draw up a settlement agreement to settle the case.

However, the other party is also Japanese living abroad, though not in the U.S.
so I cannot meet them in person to sign the settlement.
Of course, we can mail it to them, but it would take too much time.
It would be very convenient if we could sign it electronically, so I would like to use it, but
I searched the Internet and found only services for companies and long-term contracts, such as Cloud and GMO.
Individuals ＆ Even those that claim they can be used for free require the name of the company to be entered when registering, so stations cannot even register.
I thought that in Japan, this service is basically for companies that frequently make contracts with electronic signatures.

I am an individual and only want to use this service once for this settlement, so I don't need a one year contract or long term service
and if there is a free electronic signature service I can use just once, please let me know.
