Foster homes for small dogs

He is a small dog, a chihuahua and mini-pin mix.
I have been taking good care of her for 5 years since I rescued her from a shelter when she was a puppy. 5 years old.
I have to move a lot due to my work and I am away from home more often, so I have to leave my home more often.
He is very friendly and lonely, so I am looking for a foster family who can give him a lot of love and care without being away from home too often. He is quiet and does not bark, so I think he is easy to keep.
