Must be able to clean and walk dogs.

We are looking for someone to clean a 2 bed 2 bath in a condo near J-town in San Jose. I usually wipe the floor and rag a bit, so I would appreciate someone who likes to clean ・ clean. The cleaning will mainly be bathrooms, floor cleaning, balcony and front door sweeping, glass cleaning, but some vacuuming and taking out the trash may be required on certain days. Cleaning supplies are provided. Hours are about 4:00 or 5:00 on weekdays for an hour at a time once a week, at an hourly rate of ＄ 35, and for now I am thinking until mid-November.

Separately, if you live in the neighborhood and have a dog and can walk a small dog 4 days a week, Monday through Thursday, for about 15 minutes in the evening, please contact me.
