[Information wanted]Cosmetic Surgery

I am considering cosmetic surgery （ breast, nipple and areola ） in the Bay Area.
A clinic with Japanese-speaking staff is best, but
please let me know if there is a clinic that will take good care of me even if I am not comfortable with my English, or
if there is a favorite clinic that you go to.

If you have had cosmetic surgery, not only breast surgery, in the Bay Area,
I would appreciate it if you could tell me how it went and how much it cost.
