Why don't you find a room and live with us ？.

I am currently looking for a room. It is hard to find a good place when you are alone.
Why don't you shaare and live somewhere a little better ？

I'm hoping for one person ＄ from 1500 to ＄ 2000 I think I can find a good place to share
（ of course a little cheaper but still spacious would be nice ）
I'm looking for a woman.
Also, I have a cat, so it better be ok.
