Around the South Bay

I am a male, just before 40 years old, looking for Japanese friends. I use almost no Japanese at work or at home, so it would be nice to talk about Japanese comedy, manga, etc. I myself am self-employed and have flexible hours. I am mostly free on weekdays. I am looking for both men and women, but I think people closer in age would be a better fit. I don't drink alcohol, but I am looking for friends that I can meet up with casually at new restaurants, gyms, etc.
I am active and enjoy camping in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.
I have been playing sports since I was a kid so I have a good physique.
