They say, "The year's plans are made on New Year's Day," so why don't you start next year by exercising ？
On New Year's Day, many people around the world go to temples and churches, worship the first sunrise, and swim in the cold as a wish, because they can easily set goals and make some resolutions. ？
The location is FoxHills Park in Culver City, and we will meet at 8:00am.
By the way, this is the 16th New Year's Day training session, and many people have participated each time.
