The festival features three gorgeously decorated rickshaws called floats. The floats are 8 ～ 9 meters high and are made up of three tiers. The lower tier is filled with children playing flutes and drums, and the upper tier is filled with people manipulating karakuri puppets. The top level of the float is filled with karakuri dolls dancing brilliantly to the story, and by the time all three floats begin to perform karakuri at the same time, the approach to the shrine is packed with onlookers.
