●Aged people tend to be sick and injured, and their vision and hearing deteriorate, making them unable to drive.

●The immediate problem is that they will no longer be able to shop for groceries, go to the hospital, and in some cases, take care of themselves, and will need to hire a caregiver to help them.

● Under these circumstances, elderly people face problems related to money management.　They are not familiar with online banking, but they need money for their daily life, so they need to go to the bank. In some cases, a credit card is required for this purpose.

Since many elderly people are concerned that they may become insolvent at any time, they may wish to have a living trust, appoint a trustee to provide written instructions regarding the management of their assets and health care, and prepare a will regarding their inheritance so that if something should happen to them, they will be able to take control of their affairs and have a say in their own affairs. In the event that something happens to you, you will have to make sure that your ・ wishes are carried out by your trustee.

● Even if you don't want to go that far, you can easily create a power of attorney, which is a legal document that requests a specific agent to perform a specific action.

● Promissory activity in which the requested person is expected to act for the benefit of the client within the scope of the client's request with the client's permission, but unfortunately, recently there have been many cases in which the requested person has betrayed the client's trust.

●The requested person withdraws money without permission and uses it for his/her own benefit, uses money in the client's account without permission because the client has gone blind, and in some cases withdraws money from the client's account even though the client has already passed away.

● Normally, with online banking, the elderly can check their account daily, but they are computer illiterate, and if they do not have an online subscription, they receive a bank statement once a month, but by the time they realize the fact, the money has already been withdrawn. By the time the elderly person realizes this, the money has already been withdrawn and the elderly person's valuable money has been stolen.

●How can we eliminate this risk?
●How can I void an old power of attorney if the client has become blurred?
●How can I prevent money from being withdrawn before the bank receives the death certificate?
What in the world is the power of attorney automatically revoked at the stage of the client's dementia or at the stage of his/her death?
