This is a free community where people who are interested in or practicing mindfulness can gather casually.
Anyone is welcome to join, regardless of experience in practice. We aim to be a place of relaxation where people can gather together in a warm and mindful atmosphere.
The community is run by Dr. Ryo Kugaya, a psychiatrist famous for his book "The Best Way to Rest", and Asuka, a mindfulness meditation teacher.

We are currently holding online meditation sessions and events in Corona.
You can join us from all over the world, not just Japan and Los Angeles.
I want more people to know about mindfulness and use it in their lives ! and
I thought it would be more fun to have friends to encourage each other ! than to be alone, so I am looking for more friends.

[What is Mindfulness]
"Here ・ now" ( ) such as breathing and body sensations.
As busy modern people, we are often on autopilot, swept up in our own automatic thoughts and feelings, or information from the outside.
In fact, the only time we have is "now," but we are not living in the "now. Don't you think this is a waste of time? ?
If we continue to practice mindfulness, we can become aware of our negative thoughts and feelings and make a conscious choice to let go of them,
and we can be more present and feel happier. You will be able to live more peacefully and consciously.
