The BANDAI NAMCO Group will open "GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA （ GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA ）" at Yamashita Pier from December 19, 2020 (Sat) to March 31, 2024 (Sun).

"GUNDAM FACTORY YOKOHAMA" will commemorate the 40th anniversary of the popular work "Mobile Suit Gundam "" with a "moving 18m life-size Gundam" at Yamashita Pier overlooking Yokohama Port " on display at Yamashita Pier overlooking the Port of Yokohama, a project that has been in the planning stages since 2014. Professionals from various fields, including researchers, engineers, and creators, have gathered to discuss what can be done now, and have repeatedly designed and verified the project.

The facility will be a live experience of the fusion of Gundam, a content that has attracted much attention from overseas, Japanese craftsmanship, and superior technology.
