Currently, he is developing a consulting business to help many companies in Japan promote appropriate digital marketing.

Ten Sushi Seattle Owner Chef

Born in Aizu, Fukushima, Japan, Shinichiro has been in the sushi industry for 29 years. Currently owns 3 sushi restaurants and 1 poke restaurant for a total of 4 restaurants in Seattle, WA. He also runs a consulting company that focuses on helping small restaurant businesses build digital marketing systems and maximize revenue.
