🏃‍ ♂ ️December 22 （ Fri ） Running Class 🏃‍ ♂ ️

◉ 9:30am-10:45am Beginner Class （ Approximate ages ： 5 years ～ 2nd grade ）
・ Ladder ・ The goal of this class is to learn the basics of running while having fun and enjoying exercise through play using mini hurdles and other equipment.

◉ 11:00am-12:15pm Advanced Class （ Approximate age range ： 3rd grade and up ）
・ Ladder ・ Mini Hurdle ・ This class is designed to improve "running ability" by incorporating tube training, etc. Tube training, etc. are incorporated to increase "running ability" and to make the runner run faster.
・ Slope training to improve posture, leg strength, faster leg rotation, and increase top speed.

Fee ： ＄ 20
