For those who want to learn yoga more deeply. We are now offering an online yoga instructor training course that you can take from the comfort of your own home while choosing your schedule. We have a system in place to allow students of all levels, from those with little experience to those who are already teaching, to learn at their own level. You will gain a well-balanced understanding of the fundamentals of yoga from the aspects of Body, Mind, and Soul, and learn yoga through a comprehensive approach that includes meditation, pranayama, anatomy, mantra, philosophy, and more.

Free Trial Lecture ： You will experience the atmosphere of the course in a trial lecture with a private lesson with the instructor. After that, a brief explanation and Q&A session （ 75 minutes ）
Individual consultation ： Your instructor will carefully answer any questions or concerns you may have. If you are worried about whether you can do it ？, please consult with us first. （ 30 minutes ）

Instructor ： Kiyomi Takahashi has been teaching yoga in Los Angeles since 2009. She has been teaching at several studios in English and Japanese since 2015 and launched INNER GLOW YOGA SCHOOL in 2021.
