Events commemorating the 100th anniversary of the donation of Matsuyama Castle

Matsuyama Castle was donated to Matsuyama City by Count Hisamatsu Sadamo （ Hisamatsu Sadakoto ） in July 1923.
To commemorate the 100th anniversary this year, events will be held at the castle tower, the summit plaza in Marunouchi, and Shiroyama Park in Horinouchi.

To commemorate the 100th anniversary this year, events will be held at the castle tower, the summit plaza in Marunouchi, and Shiroyama Park in Horinouchi. In addition to looking back on the 100 years of Matsuyama Castle through panel and special exhibitions, the museum will display items from the collection related to the Hisamatsu family. In addition, a "Lantern Festival" will be held as a spot event, with 100 sky lanterns flying in the summer night sky in Shiroyama Park.
At the "Toast at the Castle ！" event, visitors can enjoy beer and snacks while watching a slide show of images and other items recounting the history of Matsuyama Castle.
