Born in Aizu, Fukushima, Japan, Shinichiro has been in the sushi industry for 29 years. Currently owns 3 sushi restaurants and 1 poke restaurant in Seattle, WA, for a total of 4 restaurants. He also runs a consulting company that focuses on helping small restaurant businesses build digital marketing systems and maximize revenue.
