Gravis Cheer School, one of the largest cheerleading schools in Japan, will be expanding to Los Angeles Torrance this March and will be offering cheerleading workshops for students and professionals for the first time ！

・ Arisa Rowan Biography
Arisa Rowan began classical ballet at an early age and was a member of the creative dance club in middle and high school. She started cheerleading when she was in college. She has won the All Japan Cheerleading Championships. She has been a member of professional cheerleading teams for many years and has performed at world championships and events in a variety of sports. She was also selected as a finalist in the NFL and NBA cheerleading tryouts in the United States. After working as a choreographer for professional cheerleading teams and teaching lessons to children and adults, she currently resides in LA, USA.

・ Rina Yamada
Started dancing at the age of 11, studying ballet ・ jazz ・ hip hop ・ cheer dance. She is a certified instructor of Japan Cheerleading Association and a freelance instructor, and established Gravis Inc. in 2012.
She has taught dance from infants to adults, and as an instructor at her alma mater, Tamagawa University, she won the National Cheerleading Championships division championship two years in a row ・ winning the Choreography Award.
Currently, she not only teaches cheerleading techniques, but also researches human resource development, coaching, and team building aspects of cheerleading, and continues to update herself daily as a facilitator to contribute to society at large.
