This is an online symposium for anyone interested in becoming a good LGBTQ advocate and ally.
LGBTQ+ individuals, families, medical ・ mental health ・ religious ・ educators are welcome to attend.
Hosted by : Okaeri ( a non-profit organization of LGBTQ and allies of Japanese and Japanese descent living in the United States )
Purpose : To provide a place to think together about what it means to be an LGBTQ ally and what it takes to be one. We will have a place to think about what it means to be an LGBTQ ally and what it takes to become one.

Family Acceptance Poster Project presented by San Francisco State University (https://familyproject.sfsu.edu/) ( Japanese translation available )
We will break into small groups and discuss what we can do specifically for the people involved as allies.
Participants : LGBTQ+ people, family, colleagues, medical ・ mental health ・ religion ・ educators and others are welcome to attend
Cost : $ 20 ( Starting at 10:00am, there will be five allyships in English, only this session starting at 4:00pm is in Japanese. 60+ and non-profit organizations are welcome to attend $ 10 )
