Chairman's Message
Greetings on the occasion of the 56th Ishioka City Cultural Festival in 2023.
The Ishioka City Cultural Association has been working hard throughout the year on cultural activities for the development of culture and art in Ishioka City, and this year we held the Cultural Festival to show you the results of our ・ daily efforts and studies.
Due to the effects of the corona disaster that began in 2020, the activities of our association members were greatly restricted due to voluntary restraints on meetings and practices, etc. However, signs of the end of these restrictions began to appear in May of this year, and activities are gradually returning to normal. We would like to take this opportunity to provide the citizens of Ishioka City with a place to enjoy the culture and arts that were lost due to the Corona disaster. However, the situation still remains unpredictable, so we ask that all citizens continue to take good care of their health and come prepared.
In conclusion, I would like to express my gratitude to all the people concerned and the Ishioka City Board of Education for their cooperation with the Ishioka City Cultural Association, and I would like to ask for the continued support ・ and cooperation of all citizens for the Ishioka City Cultural Association.
