"Kazaguruma" is one of the Japanese toys with a long history that is said to have been enjoyed since the Heian period (794-1185), and the sight of the blades spinning in the wind provides a visual cooling effect. This time, approximately 1,000 kazaguruma will appear in a dome shape at the Hibiya Step Plaza ！ Inside and at the entrance of the dome, mist will make you feel cooler physically. The Kazaguruma is also a great photo spot for yukata (light cotton kimono). Visitors can enjoy the cool of the evening in a photogenic and entertaining atmosphere.
