元SDJBA会員で、今年4月に世界で初めてヨットで太平洋横断を成功された岩本光弘さんを講師にお招きしての講演会。
サンディエゴから福島県いわき市小名浜港を目指し、成し遂げた2ヶ月に及ぶノンストップの太平洋横断劇を語ります。
また、NHK BS1でも放映されたドキュメンタリー『光さす海へ〜世界初！全盲ヨットマンの太平洋横断〜』のディレクター、福原 顕志さんをゲストにお迎えし、
裏話もお話いただきます。
