初めまして、最近ノースハリウッドに引っ越してきました、ダンスをしている女子 ２７歳です。
以前から骨盤に痛みと言うか引っかかりがありましたが、踊っていくにあたりかなり悪くなっていっています、日本を離れてから３年半ほど経つのですが（ロスに来る前はニューヨークにいました）日本ではスポーツ整体等に良く行っていましたが、こちらではどこに言っていいか分からず痛いときだけテンポラリーにどこかに行っていました。
ちなみにダンサーなのにとおこられそうですが保険は持っていません。。。
ある程度の金額は覚悟していますが、もしどなたかよい先生をご存知であれば教えていただきたいです。

同じくダンサーで、骨盤と背骨の歪みと足首と腰の歪みに悩んでいた者です。
私もマッサージやカイロに通っていましたが、ある時それが単なる一時しのぎでしかないことに気がつきました。
素晴らしいスポーツトレーナーを紹介してもらい、今では痛みがないどころか、ダンス技術が恐ろしく向上しました。
ダンスに必要な筋肉を強化できた上に、これまでに伸ばしたことがない筋肉をストレッチできます。
今までカイロに払ったお金は無駄でした。
スポーツ整体も通ったことありますが、主さんも筋肉を鍛えた方が有効ではないですか?
